SeaPort-e is the Navy's contract vehicle for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Information Technology, Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management.  SeaPort-e is available to all Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, the United States Marine Corps, and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA).

:: Quality Assurance

IT-CNP's corporate success and excellence in service delivery steps from the company's emphasis and commitment to quality management, assurance and quality surveillance. IT-CNP constantly works on quality assurance process improvements with focus on improving customers' mission support services and quality of all project/task order deliverables. IT-CNP's quality assurance program is managed by the Quality Management Office (QMO) - a component of IT-CNP's organizational structure.  Making QMO a part of its corporate structure, IT-CNP demonstrates commitment to ensuring that quality processes and their subsequent on-going improvement are an integral part of every customer engagement.

To achieve service delivery efficiency and quality assurance expected by SeaPort-e customer stakeholders, IT-CNP's quality assurance processes are structured to support performance-based contracting. Where corrective action is required, task order and corporate management are immediately notified, a comprehensive root cause analysis is conducted and corrective measures are implemented to ensure consistent quality in service delivery. As a follow up to any corrective action report and subsequent implementation, IT-CNP will continue to measure service delivery performance and quality to validate the improvements. IT-CNP will document the results of all quality and performance evaluations periodically, along with a roster of any issues identified, corrective action implementation status and quality improvement results.

For every task order performed by IT-CNP, we generate a service-specific Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP). This document ensures that our service delivery organization for each task order is aware of all task order related deliverables, constraints and level of quality required to ensure customer satisfaction with services we provide. IT-CNP's QMO conducts a periodic review of all active task orders to ensure that quality measurement matrices used by project management team are reflective of task order requirements and meet the highest quality standards expected by each customer.
